Uncorkerz is a web based application for wine tasting. It can help you keep track of the wines you taste, so you can be more efficient on your learning process.
Learning the art of wine tasting can be pretty difficult. The complexity of wine is a part of the pleasure we can find in drinking it. A part of tasting is magic and cannot be explained, nonetheless there are technics and objective elements to be considered to appreciate fully what you drink, uncorkerz can guide you to increase your wine knowledge.
By having a tool to manage and follow your wine tastings you will be able to store the information about your wines, compare with other tasters and ultimately have fun in the process.

Uncorkerz can be used by plenty of different people who have interest for wine.
Beginners will be guided in the process of tasting wine. They will be helped in asking themselves the good questions.
Amateurs will have a tool to organize their tastings and keep track of the wines they taste.
Professionals will have a feedback about their wines when organizing tastings.

From the beginning, Uncorkerz is meant to be a tool at the service of a community, you can be part of it, be welcome on the official forum.
¶ FEATURE LIST
- Configure tastings and wines to create a form to be filled by tasters. Once the form is submitted keep the information from the tasting.
- Get plenty of data from the tastings and the wines.
- Learn during tastings thanks to the tooltips in the form.
- Measure your performance during blind tasting thanks to a system of points based on international blind tasting competitions.
Also interesting:
- Manage tastings with your friends. For blind tastings, it is possible for each participant to configure a wine without the others knowing which wine it is.
- Choose between sparkling, white and red wines to be more accurate when building the form.
- Eight currencies are supported.
- Choose between "simple form" and "full form" to adapt to the level of the tasters.
- Depending on your needs, you can choose which part of the tasting is interesting for you. There's four tasting elements you can use to populate your form (Evaluation, Description, Blind Tasting, General Opinion).
- Compare your blind tasting skills with others during tasting.Every participants will have a note after a blind tasting.
- Download a pdf with all the data from a wine or a tasting when you're finished. Reports will still be available on the website though with cool charts and visual elements.
- Use the timer to synchronize the tasting between participants.
- Add personal notes on every elements of the tasting.
- Get a general note on a wine based on price.
- Get automatic link or QR code to share your tasting with others.
- Add images to a tasting.
- Get a tasting profile based on what a taster think about his own skills.
